For basic (non-cobrowse) service your Internet Explorer must accept cookies and have JavaScript enabled.

For all the bells and whistles and to cobrowse:

1. Microsoft Windows (2000 or XP) for IE6. Microsoft Windows (XP or Vista) for IE7
2. A web browser with JavaScript enabled: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.
3. A Java Virtual Machine such as the Sun Run Time Environment 1.4.X, 1.5.X and 1.6.0_02 or the Microsoft Virtual Machine
