Meal Plan Details

• What is a Meal plan?
  • A separate StormCard plan that is dedicated for payments at food service locations on campus - The Campus Café & Einstein Bros.® Bagels
  • Food services are currently only available at the Norfolk Student Center (will be available at other campuses in conjunction with the completion of each Student Center)
  • Bonus Bucks will be applied to each Meal plan deposit!
• Who is eligible for a Meal Plan?
  • Only students currently enrolled in the associated term
• What are Bonus Bucks?
  • Extra monies added to your account when a meal plan deposit is completed
    • Buy a $100 meal plan and get $110 to spend!
  • The Bonus Bucks amount applied is equal to 10% of the deposit amount
  • These can only be used for food service purchases and are non refundable
  • Bonus Bucks will be shown as a separate balance in your account, this balance will be used only after all funds in your Meal Plan have been exhausted
  • Bonus Bucks balances will expire at the end of each term
• What stipulations apply to Meal Plans?
  • Non-refundable
  • Term based with a specific plan available for Fall, Spring and Summer terms
  • Can only be used at the food service locations on campus - The Campus Café & Einstein Bros.® Bagels (excludes vending)
  • Expires at end of each term with any balance considered non-refundable (Both Meal Plan and Bonus Bucks balances expire)   See Meal Plan important dates
  • Deposits of exactly $100, $200 or $300 required
  • Bonus Bucks equating to 10% of your deposit amount will be added to your account automatically at the time of your meal plan deposit ($10, $20 or $30 based on your deposit amount)
  • Bonus Bucks will be used only after all funds in your Meal Plan have been exhausted
  • Available for use from the first day of classes through the last day of exams for the regular session dates of the applicable term
  • Deposits can be made after registering for the applicable term (if deposit is made prior to the beginning of the term, note that these funds are not available for use until the term begins)
  • Deposits may be completed via StormCardManager or Business Offices
