Steps to retrieve your password hint (entered when you established your account)

• Go to the StormCardManager site
• Click the "Forgot My Password" link at the bottom
• Enter the email address used to establish your account
• Click Submit
• Review hint emailed to you
• If you still cannot recall your password, contact the StormCard Hotline to have your account reset

Issues

• If you forget your password, use the Forgot My Password link on the Login page and the hint you provided during registration will be emailed to you.
• If you still cannot recall your password, you will need to request that your account be reset.  Please send an email from your TCC student email account to the StormCard Office at:  StormCard@tcc.edu. 
• Be sure to include your full name and Empl ID
