Quick Overview / Getting Started with StormDollars

StormDollars is an optional stored value plan that allows a TCC ID card holder to deposit funds to their card account and use their ID card to make purchases at the following locations on campus: vending machines, Barnes & Noble @ TCC, The Campus Café (Norfolk Campus only), Einstein Bros. Bagels (Norfolk Campus only) and The Children’s Village @ TCC (Norfolk Campus only).  Note that food and child minding services will be associated with each new campus student center.

Getting Started
Just complete the following steps to get started!

Visit the StormDollars page to view detailed instructions for each of these steps.

1. Make sure you have a current TCC ID (Your ID is your StormCard!)
2. Select a deposit method (StormCardManager web site, StormPort (cash-to-card machine), Business Office)
3. Complete a deposit
4. Create a StormCardManager account regardless of the deposit method used as this allows you to manage your account online: check your balance, view all transactions and complete deposits
5. Visit one of the campus locations below and simply swipe your card to complete purchases
