Thursday, February 23

• 8-11 Workshops:  Joyce Brotton (Northern VA CC)) will do an Institute of Technical Communication workshop / Paul Heilker, PH.D.,  VA Tech, Freshman comp 2/4 year- are we on the “same page”? The third workshop will be led by Sean Glassberg and Dean Blumberg (Horry-Georgetown Technical College, SC): Be Accessable, ways to stay in communication with your online students and any classes which have online components.
• Registration begins at 8 a.m.
• 1-2:45 . Opening plenary session: Paul Heilker, PH.D., Virginia Tech Prof Speaker.

• Cowan and Doster Awards  session.
• Entertainment at 7 p.m.
