of offenses, and apprehension of offenders. Lecture 3 hours per

the various American court systems with focus on the Virginia

a crime fighting partnership for success. Emphasizes building
relationships between police officers and the community they
serve. Includes case studies from various cities that have undertaken

violent political groups and issue-oriented militant movements.
Examines investigative methods and procedures utilized in counter
