Procedures to Register for Test:

Make arrangements for a voucher to take the test at least 48 hours prior to requested test day. Vouchers for CompTIA's A+ and Network+ exams may be purchased from Workforce Development. Their phone number is 822-1234. Arrangements for payment will be made at this time. All other vouchers may be purchased online from the vendor.
Make a reservation with the test administrator at least 48 hours prior to requested test time.
Contact the test administrator: Norfolk (822-1234), Virginia Beach (RSHill@tcc.edu, or 757-822-7332).
You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the test time to receive a refund.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the test time.

NOTE: Walk-in registration is available at the Norfolk campus testing site only. Walk-in registration can be accommodated if customer is paying by credit card and a testing station is available. It will take 30-45 minutes before the test can be administered.
