While attending TCC, students may enroll in the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree programs. Students are also able to pursue a career studies certificate in either Performance Theatre or Technical Theatre. For non-majors, there are also many opportunities to get involved with TCC THEATRE. Participating in a theatre production is an exciting enrichment to the general college experience.
With very reasonable tuition, dedicated instructors, a wide range of theatre courses, and varied production experiences, TCC is a great place to begin your studies of theatre arts. Students will receive a sound preparation for transfer to a four-year bachelor's degree program.
A degree in theatre prepares you for success in more careers than you might at first imagine. Of course, some theatre graduates may find work in theatre, television, and film, but these are just a few of the many employment opportunities open to those with theatre training. There are many important life skills that you'll learn while studying theatre. Studying and working in theatre cultivates abilities that transfer well to any career choice.
Non theatre majors are welcome to participate in TCC THEATRE productions. Students may also earn elective credit through participation in theatre productions.
