Career Studies Certificate - Restaurant Management

As a student in our program, you’ll take courses in restaurant management; sanitation and safety; recipe and menu management; hospitality supervision – a wide range that will prepare you with the business background necessary to succeed in this dynamic field. The program includes hands-on training through cooperative education in an area restaurant.
