Based on the experiences of The STEM Pioneer Project, a 5-year program funded by the National Science Foundation,"Motivate Women to STEM Fields" will provide faculty, staff, and administrators practical ideas for increasing the recruitment and retention of female undergraduate students in the science, engineering, technology, and mathematics fields.
