To be complete, your application must include the deposit.  The deposit will be credited towards the full cost of Tidewater Community College faculty-led programs.  The deposit is fully refundable until TCC commits funds on your behalf.  Each program has a unique refund policy and some programs will require additional funds on deposit for services such as transportation or accommodations.  Participants are liable for costs incurred on their behalf which can not be recovered for them by Tidewater Community College.

Tidewater Community College reserves the right to alter the itinerary of the program or to cancel the program at any time in response to conditions that the responsible officers believe will affect the operation of the program and/or the health and safety of participants.  If Tidewater Community College cancels a program, deposits will be fully refunded.

Any student or eligible member of the community may travel on TCC sponsored programs. However, only students meeting specific guidelines may apply for scholarships. Not obtaining a scholarship does not preclude anyone from participating with other TCC students. Payment arrangements are in place for all programs to help make them more affordable. Please contact specific program leaders for payment deadlines and amounts.
