Business Technology: Customer Service
The Career Studies Certificate in Customer Service represents a partnership
with local businesses to offer course work for those who are currently
employed, or who wish to be employed, in customer service areas. Upon
completion of all core courses (12 credits), students will be offered an
interview with at least one of the participating businesses. Consideration
for employment will be based on past work experience, grade point average,
and technical aptitude.
