The Paralegal Studies Specialization in Litigation prepares students to work in diverse settings as a paralegal with an emphasis in litigation. Students are exposed to the law as it relates to family issues, torts, trial preparation, discovery practice, criminal law, and bankruptcy.          Gainful Employment Consumer Information

The Career Studies Certificate program in Paralegal Litigation enables students to upgrade their skills if they are currently employed as a litigation legal assistant.
