Business Technology: Litigation
The Paralegal Studies Specialization in Litigation prepares students to work
in diverse settings as a paralegal with an emphasis in litigation. Students
are exposed to the law as it relates to family issues, torts, trial preparation,
discovery practice, criminal law, and bankruptcy. Electives can be selected
to enable students to study other areas of law.
