The Hospitality Management program prepares students for careers in the
lodging industry in either hotel, motel, and restaurant management or food
service management.
Graduates may seek employment as front office managers, guest services
managers, cost control managers, purchasing directors, sales managers,
assistant hotel general managers, or executive housekeepers. Courses in
