The Quality Assurance program provides certification through the American
Society for Quality (ASQ) and is designed to produce graduates who can
manage, plan, design, and maintain effective quality control programs for a
variety of industries.
The Quality Assurance program prepares technicians to handle quality
assurance issues and monitoring for industry and/or manufacturing
company production operations.
Graduates are prepared for promotion to supervisory technical positions and
find jobs in: quality engineering, quality assurance, production, operations,
material management, and other industrial marine engineering functions.
