is one of the Democratic Caucus’
primary liaisons to the White House.
Congressman Clyburn has been a civil
rights pioneer spanning several decades,
and is a national leader supporting
higher education. Representative Clyburn
has served as the Chairman of the
Congressional Black Caucus and is a
former House Majority Whip.
