Audiovisual Services provide support for all classroom and conference room audiovisual components. These components include Master Presentation Stations, room control devices, touch technology devices, media projectors, document cameras, VCR and DVD players, annotation tablets, electronic boards, sound amplification systems, webcasting systems, and videoconference rooms. Audiovisual Services do not support classroom computers or network related problems.

The college has a set standard for classroom presentation technologies; however, new models and tools are released often which require configuration changes. Need to find out what tools are available in a specific classroom? Use this link to open a file that includes a campus, building, and classroom specific technology guide.

Classroom media deliveries are available for most classrooms that do not have dedicated technologies in place. To complete a reservation form you will need to select your campus and submit the appropriate request form.

All trouble tickets for audiovisual equipment are reported through the college's Help Desk. Support requests are attended to in the order in which they are received, taking into account special needs, part and technician availability. Please report all faulty equipment reports here.

Funding is provided by the college TLTC. All requests are contingent upon available funding and approval of the item(s) requested. Purchase limit is generally $500 for software and $300 for hardware. Make a request here.
