TCC Architecture Club
The purpose of the Architecture Club is:
- To bring together people of similar interests in architecture, interior design, and related areas
- To broaden student knowledge and understanding of the built environment and professional career opportunities in settings outside the classroom
- To provide an opportunity for students to participate in Club sponsored community service projects
- To sponsor and carry out activities which foster positive social interactions among students
- To provide leadership experience for students through active participation in the Club
Membership
While membership is primarily intended for students in the Architectural Drafting program, membership is open to all TCC students in good standing who share in the goals of the Club.
Club Trips + Activities
Past club activities have included design competitions, guest speaker meetings, local architectural office visits, participation in AIA Hampton Roads events, and construction site tours:
The Club also organizes social activities such as picnics and parties.
