Learning and Thinking Styles

We are all familiar with the idea of learning styles.  This link identifies and defines additional learning styles (verbal learner, musical, spatial, abstract, interpersonal and etc.). One site provides statistics for different learning styles. Students may take online tests (1, 2, 3) to decide what kind of learning styles they prefer. I have developed the table below for additional learning styles which describe different styles of thinking. The table shows different teaching strategies for each of the  thinking styles.
