Mr. and Mrs. Bryant live on a resort island community attached to the mainland by a toll bridge.  The toll is $2 per car going to the island, but there is no toll coming from the island.  Island residents can purchase a monthly pass for $21, which permits them to cross the toll bridge from the mainland for only 50 cents each time.  How many times a month would the Bryants have to go to the island from the mainland for the cost of the monthly pass to equal the regular toll cost?
