2006 ASEE Model Design Competition
Chicago, IL
June 19, 2006

University of Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks 1 entered a wall-tracking robot that dropped balls into the pockets as it passed them without stopping.  It used a motor driven wheel to ride on the wall and another motor driven wheel riding on the floor.  It was controlled with a Lego RCX processor.  This was the first year that the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) competed in the ASEE competition and they fielded a very impressive design!
