Library Resources (r): 

AP Images provides online access to more than 500,000 current, almost immediate, and historical photographs from the Associated Press Photo Archive. Images available for presentation in educational activities.

CIAO: Columbia International Affairs Online covers theory and research in international affairs. The database includes journal abstracts, conference proceedings and the full text of working papers and policy briefs from over 60 contributing institutions. Also included are economic indicators, maps and country data, and links to other resources. (Columbia University Press)

Contemporary Women's Issues database provides full text access to global information on women. It includes information on women from 200+ countries, bringing together such disciplines as sociology, psychology, health, education, and human rights.

LexisNexis Academic provides searchable access to a comprehensive spectrum of full-text information from over 5,600 sources, selected to meet academic research needs, including: national and regional newspapers, wire services, broadcast transcripts, international news, and non-English language sources U.S. Federal and state case law, codes, regulations, legal news, law reviews, and international legal information.

Mergent Online maintains data on 20,000 non-U.S. companies (active and inactive) - more companies from more countries than any other international database. Subscribers have immediate access to companies representing 95% of the non-U.S. global market capitalization.

Newspaper Source Plus provides cover-to-cover full text for 149 national & international newspapers and selective full text for more than 410 U.S newspapers. The database also contains full-text television & radio news transcripts.

Women's Studies International covers the core disciplines in Women’s Studies to the latest scholarship in feminist research. Coverage includes more than 586,600 records and spans from 1972 and earlier to present.
