President Deborah M. DiCroce delivered her 2007-08 State of the College Address to a nearly full auditorium at the Roper Performing Arts Center on Aug. 18. Noting the launch of TCC's 40th year, she marveled at how far the college has come and that it has served over 500,000 members of the South Hampton Roads community with first-rate programs spanning over 60 specialty options. TCC enters its 4th decade as the 23rd largest producer of associate degrees nationally.
