TCC picnics in the park

TCC employees came out by the hundreds for the college’s annual appreciation picnic on a beautiful afternoon at Norfolk’s Town Point Park. The kids enjoyed face painting and hula hoops, while families dug in their heels for tug-o-war, sack races and dancing. Guests enjoyed barbeque and salads, and some good company.
