TCC employees came out by the hundreds for the college’s annual appreciation picnic on a picture-perfect afternoon at Norfolk’s Town Point Park. With face-painting a perennial favorite, children heartily took part in the games and activities, while adults dug in for the ever-popular tug-‘o-war, sack races and group dancing. Barbecue and salads satisfied appetites, and cotton candy appealed to kids of all ages.
