MINI “BOBOTS” TUG OF WAR  

>> During the college’s first mini-machine tug of war competition, held April 3, teams of students from Virginia Beach high schools and TCC’s engineering program pitted their “bobots” against one another, fighting to pull a vehicle or other device over “the line in the sand” in a 15-second duel.  Click for News Release

>> Puttin' on the Ritz : TCC students and faculty show how to make a successful theme party.

Motorized Cable Car Event

>> High school and TCC students raced their mini cable cars designed and built with a specified motor and a 9V battery. This year’s contest increased the thrill – racing the cars along a 105-foot wire to the excited response of more than 100 team-mates and onlookers. Click for News Release
