With nearly 30 years of proven accomplishments in workforce development, community outreach and program development, Theresa Bryant represents TCC in economic development activities, customizes training for area businesses and coordinates contract training for the military. Prior to joining TCC, Bryant served as interim vice chancellor for workforce service for the Virginia Community College System. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in English from Mississippi University for Women and an M.B.A. from Columbus State University. She was awarded a 2007 Women in Business Achievement award from the area’s business newspaper. |

Lillian Bailey developed the highly successful Academy for Nonprofit Excellence at TCC. She has lived and worked in Europe and Asia and held diverse positions in the federal service and the American Red Cross. She earned an M.A.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from Virginia Tech and a B.S. from Bluefield College in organizational management and development. |

Leslie Boughton leads one of Virginia’s most successful workforce development programs. The program received the Virginia Community College System Excellence award and has received over $2 million in state and federal grants. Boughton has presented TCC’s Job Skills Training Program as a national model at the National Welfare-to-Work Network Consortium multiple times. Recognized with a YWCA of South Hampton Roads Women of Distinction Award in the field of higher education, she holds B.A. and M.S. degrees from Norfolk State University. |
