Bio:
Bill Sherrill’s practical business experience comes from creating and operating successful business ventures that include the real estate brokerage he currently owns and manages. He teaches real estate education courses for the Commonwealth of Virginia through TCC’s Office of Workforce Development and serves as professor of economics, teaching macroeconomics and microeconomics at the Norfolk Campus. Sherrill co-wrote a Virginia Community College System LearningWare grant to develop videos and other learning tools for the online Interdisciplinary Commonwealth course in economics. He holds a B.S. from Old Dominion University and an M.A. in economics, also from ODU.

Bio:
Sean LaCroix joined TCC after working as an economist in industry for more than a decade. His most recent work experiences include senior consultant/transportation economist for AECOM Consult Inc., a large transportation infrastructure consulting firm. There, he focused on transportation and business issues including economic and taxation impacts related to proposed transportation investments. LaCroix also served as regional economist for Loudoun County, Va., one of the nation’s fastest growing counties, and as an economist for the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission. His previous teaching experience includes the University of North Carolina, Northern Virginia Community College and the University of Phoenix. LaCroix holds a B.A. in business management from North Carolina State University and an M.S. in economics from the University of North Carolina.
