|
A scholar of American Jewish history, Leah Hagedorn has held positions as a lecturer at Princeton University and visiting assistant professor of history at Tulane University. Prior to joining TCC in 2004, she directed a public history project at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at University of Mississippi. Hagedorn earned a B.A. in history from Goucher College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in history, both from the University of North Carolina. Her doctoral dissertation, Jews and the American South, 1858-1905, explores the Jewish experience unique to the American South. |
