Bio:

|
A professor at TCC for more than 25 years, David Steinhauer also serves as academic advisor for TCC’s apprentice training program with Norfolk Naval Shipyard, the largest cooperative program in the Commonwealth. He teaches computer-aided drafting with AutoCAD, parametric solid modeling with Autodesk, principles of occupational safety, blueprint reading, engineering drawing and computer applications for technicians. He works with numerous companies in Hampton Roads to develop and teach a wide range of courses. Steinhauer holds a B.S. from Kent State University an M.S. from Old Dominion University and has completed advanced graduate work at Colorado State University and Virginia Tech. |
