Dr. Quintin Bullock leads the largest of four campuses in the TCC system, enrolling more than 20,000 students annually. Instrumental in establishing a Middle College program in partnership with Norfolk Public Schools, Bullock also played an active role in the accreditation of the college’s culinary arts program. His professional publications include the paper, Student Affairs: Becoming Involved and Being Understood, in the National Association of Student Affairs Professionals’ newsletter. Previously, Bullock served as executive dean at Monroe Community College in upstate New York. He earned his B.S. and M.Ed. from Prairie View A&M University and his D.D.S. from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He completed postdoctoral studies at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. |

With 10 years’ experience in educational leadership, Pat Allison plans and implements student activities for TCC’s four campuses including leadership training, community events, school spirit activities and sports teams. Additionally, Allison teaches student development and humanities courses. She holds a B.S. in organizational communications and an M.A. with an emphasis in humanities from Old Dominion University. |

Mike Summers’ 22 years of teaching, administrative and executive leadership experience spans service at three community colleges. Summers served as vice president for education at Greenville Technical College (GTC) – a large, complex, multi-campus institution in a dynamic and growing region of South Carolina – prior to joining TCC. His executive leadership in academic and student affairs at GTC included extensive experience in the accreditation process, including the new model recently adopted by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Prior positions include division chair for technology and information systems, and director of correctional center programs, both at Danville Area Community College, and associate professor at Black Hawk College. Summers holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, an M.Ed. from Western Illinois University and an Ed.D. from the University of Illinois. |
