|
With over 19 years’ experience teaching English and Spanish, Kathy O’Connor has coordinated TCC’s summer study abroad program to Costa Rica and the college’s multi-level English as a Second Language (ESL) program at the Virginia Beach campus. Through grant funding, she has also conducted ESL and faculty workshops in St. Petersburg, Russia. O’Connor began her career teaching English at the junior high and high school levels and holds a B.A. in English and secondary education from State University of New York and an M.A. in English linguistics from George Mason University. |
