Use Proximity to add restrictions to how QuickFinder™ handles the operators you used during a search. Typically, QuickFinder finds documents that contain the search word anywhere within the document. However, if you wanted to search for apples AND oranges within the same sentence, you could use the /SENTENCE switch to indicate that the words should be located within the same sentence:
/SENTENCE (apples AND oranges)
If QuickFinder located a document containing the phrase apples, pears, tangerines, and oranges, it would return the document because these words are located within the same sentence.
