Printing Search Results

Depending on what you select in the Result List Format drop-down list on the QuickFinder™ form, the results page provides options that can help you quickly format and prepare the results for printing.

For example, if you had selected Normal or Verbose from the Result List Format drop-down list, you would be given the following print options:

Print Files Listed in This Search Results Page: Adds a table of contents at the beginning of a new print result page and includes all hits found on the current results page.
Print Files Listed in The Search Results: Adds a table of contents at the beginning of a new print result page and includes all hits found on all results pages.

If you select Terse from the Result List Format drop-down list, the search results list will not offer any printing options.
