Steps to create a StormCardManager account
- Go to the StormCardManager site
- Click the link at the bottom to sign up
- Enter the required information on the form provided
- Before you click Submit, note that you are agreeing to the Terms of Use for this site by creating an account
- Click Submit

If you receive a message that you cannot be identified in the system, please verify all the information provided is correct. This information must match the information that has been recorded in the TCC Student Information System (SIS).
- Verify your SIS data by logging into SIS or contacting a TCC Enrollment Services Office.
- You will receive a confirmation email – you must follow the directions in this email to complete the creation of your account

Issues
- If you have not received your confirmation email within one hour or deleted the email by mistake, return to the Register screen and use the link provided as “To receive a new confirmation email click here.” Note: You do not have to fill in the form, just click the link and then provide the email used on the initial registration.
