| I would like a past
semester or dropped course removed from My Blackboard. |

| Contact your course instructor
and ask to be removed from his/her course. Include the course
ID (Ex. ENG 112 O01B FA03), your student User ID (Ex. jsmith0057)
and your 7 digit EmplID number with your request. |
| How do I edit
my BB Homepage? |

| Login to "My
Blackboard," > Login to specific course > (Student)
Tools > Edit Your Homepage > Submit.
To View: Login to "My Blackboard,"
> Login to specific course > Communication > Roster
> List All >List All

| How do I set the
CD-ROM drive used to access content on my local computer? |

| Login to "My Blackboard,"
> Tools (left side of screen) > Personal Information
> Set CD-Rom Drive >Submit
or
Login to "My Blackboard," > Login to specific
course > Tools > Personal Information > Set CD-ROM
Drive > Submit.

| I had a Bb account
during a previous semester but I can not login now |

| Your Bb account may be deleted from the system
if you are not enrolled in a Bb course for a semester. If
you enroll in a Bb course again a new account will be generated
for you during the semester in which you are enrolled.
Registered Students will Not be able to access their
course until the first day of classes. |
| I want to login
as a registered student but it still says "Welcome Guest?" |

| If you have already
logged in as a guest by viewing the "Course Catalog"
and then attempt to login as a registered user by selecting
the "Login" option on the BB homepage the BB system
may automatically log you in as a guest. In order to login as
a registered user at that point you will need to select the
"Log Out" option at the top of the guest welcome page
that will appear. You can then choose the "Login"
option and will be taken to the login screen. |

| It
has been 72hrs, I can login but I do not see my course listed? |
|
| -If it is past the first day of
classes and has been 72hrs since you registered and you are
able to login to Blackboard
(Bb) but do not see your course listed, first verify
your Blackboard ID and then contact your course instructor
and ask him/her to manually enroll you. If it is past the
first day of classes and has been 72hrs since you registered
and you are unable to verify your ID contact Technical
Support immediately. |
| I experienced
an error during my Bb exam/quiz and it will not let me back
in? |

| Please contact your instructor to let
him/her know of the error and request that the exam/quiz be
"reset." |
| I experienced
an "Internal Server Error" when using Bb or Webmail? |
|
| When this happens, pressing the web browser
refresh button usually takes care of the problem.
If not, then restart your computer. When you access Internet
Explorer again hit your refresh button and then attempt Blackboard
and your webmail again. |
| It has
been 72hrs and I am unable to locate a User ID? |
|
| If it is past the first day of classes
and has been 72hrs since you registered and you are unable to
verify your ID contact Technical
Support immediately. |
