| I experienced
an "Internal Server Error" when using Bb or Webmail? |

| When this happens, pressing the web browser
refresh button usually takes care of the problem.
If not, then restart your computer. When you access Internet
Explorer again hit your refresh button and then attempt Blackboard
and your webmail again. |
| How do I use a download key to load a cartridge into a course? |

| Go into the course. Click Control Panel. Click Import Course Cartridge (under Course Options). Enter the course cartridge download key. Click Submit. |
| How do I copy course materials from one course to another? |

| Go into the course. Click Control Panel. Click Course Copy (under Course Options). Copy Course Materials into an Existing Course. Here you can enter the course id of the target course, or Browse for it. Select the course materials you want. Click Submit. |
| What do I do when my Bb class list does not match my SIS roster? |

| You can remove any student from your Bb course not appearing on your SIS roster. In your Bb course go to Control Panel, > Click Remove Users from Course, > Click Search, > Check those students to remove, > Type "Yes" in box at bottom, > Submit. |
