- Associate Vice President of Educational Technology - Michael Williams CMWilliams@tcc.edu, Responsible for the overall management of Educational Technology
at the college. Includes the management of Compressed Video (CVN)
courses, Telecourses, Online course, Computer-Enhanced courses
and other Technology-Enhanced courses. reviews applications for
new online courses and provides assistance to faculty who are
interested in developing computer-enhanced or complete online
courses.

Yong
Advice on pegagogy, presentation, planning, and proper technologies
to employ for specific learning objectives. The instructional
designer works with faculty in the creative development of ideas
and ensures sound pedagogy in the selection of appropriate methodologies
to subject matters and in the application of technology to different
forms of instruction.

Works with the Cdntr of Instructional Design & Support Services.
Provides assistance with faculty website development and other
instructional technologies. Creates & grants rights to faculty

Hines
Advice & training in using Micosoft Office, Corel WordPerfect
Suite, GroupWise, Netscape and other software. Also, training
in scanning, capturing audio & video, storage & organization
of files. Production and assistance with using animation and interactive
learning modules on the web or LAN.

BlackBoard Administrator; creates course accounts, enrolls students,
loads course cartrideges, provides technical support to faculty
and students.

planning, resources, guidelines, consultations, advocacy, and

Educational Technology website (http://www.tcc.edu/students/dtls/), maintains Educational Technology
Website.

Advice & assistance with developing and using streaming
audio, video, and slideshows on the college's website.

Representatives: Issues & concerns relating to policies,
procedures, support, and TCC's Technology Plan

Maintenance and delivery of instructional hardware
(computers and audio-visual support) to classrooms and for the
TLTC's (Teaching & Learning Technology Centers, or Faculty
Development computer labs) at each campus.

Administers TCC's Public website ( www.tcc.edu ) and intranet
(insidetcc.tcc.edu) . Websites for departments, programs, and
special projects. Support services include but are not limited
to: server space, server rights, problems publishing or connecting
using FTP or Dreamweaver
