Intercollegiate Athletic Assumption of the Risk

 

 All students participating in intramural sports must fill out this form.
Assumption of the Risk Completion of this form may be required if participation in an event has been assessed to have certain risks involved.
Practices:  Monday and Tuesday 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 3:00 p.m.

All home games are played in the Beazley Gymnasium (Bay 1) on the Portsmouth Campus.
Admission is FREE!
