Lady Storm Split the Weekend Set

The Tidewater Community College Lady Storm Basketball team split a weekend set of conference games on Saturday, February 2nd and Sunday, February 3rd. On Saturday, February 2nd, the Lady Storm will traveled to Richmond to take on the Lady Blue Stars from Virginia Western Community College. Led by a big scoring day from Lakendra Smith, who had 27 points, TCC took down the Lady Blue Stars, 65-41.

On Sunday, February 3rd the Lady Storm fell to Southside Virginia Community College, 61-52. With the loss, the Lady Storm fell to 2-1 in the VCCS. TCC will be in action on Sunday, February 17th as they take on Thomas Nelson Community College.
