Soccer Storm Fall in VCCS Championship Game

The TCC Men’s Soccer team had very successful season come to a disappointing end on Sunday as they fell to the Virginia Western Community College Bluestars, 3-1. It was a tough day for the Storm, as the team had chances early in the match only to see the ball not go in the net. The match was a hard fought contest reflective of the quality play the Storm produced all season long.

Although, they did not win the championship trophy, the season was an unmitigated success. The Storm won the regular season VCCS title as well as place eight players on the All-VCCS team, six of which were on the first team.

Coach Wright and crew will now take some time off prior to preparing for next season.
