The following are instructions for using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, fill out, and print the TCC application form. This form cannot be submitted electronically, you must mail or hand-deliver the completed, signed application form to the campus you plan to attend. The campus mailing addresses are listed below.

As it may appear small and hard to read your next step will be to enlarge it by clicking on the magnifying glass with the + sign. Then click on the application itself to enlarge it. It should now look something like this:

You may now proceed to fill out the application electronically by clicking on the HAND icon. You can now select check boxes that apply to you and type in the requested information next to information items . The application should begin to look like this:  

After you have filled out both pages of the TCC application you need to print it by selecting the print icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar. DO NOT select file/print on your browser toolbar. You may also print a blank application and fill it in yourself with a pencil or pen. Review the information for accuracy, sign it, and then either mail it, fax it, or bring it in to your campus Admissions Office.
