The Tuition Payment Plan is changing effective Spring Semester 2010. |
The college tuition payment plan administered by Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS) formally FACTS Management, is changing the way contracts are created. Previously, students registered from the college web-site and were required to complete a contract one business day prior to the tuition due date. Effective Spring 2010 Semester students will be able to register for classes then immediately complete a payment plan contract by logging into MyTCC. The new process will ensure that the student’s name, EMPL ID, and current balance are reported automatically to NBS. Students will be held until the guarantee date, at which time a payment equal to the contract amount will be posted to the student’s account. Students may make adjustments to a contract by submitting a request in writing to the college payment plan administrator at payplan@tcc.edu. These changes will be effective November 2, 2009.
