Armed Forces Career Day [more]

Congratulations! You are about to take the first step in the career decision-making process! Instead of “letting life happen to you”, you have made the choice to direct your course of action.   By using the resources you will find on this website, you will take control of the process and make good choices based on accurate information about yourself and the world of work.    The Career Decision Making Model will help you to move through all the steps needed to arrive at your career destination.  Remember, if you need additional assistance, professional counselors are available at every campus to help you along the way.

STUDENTS - EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Students seeking immediate employment should visit their Counselors, the Student Employment Services Office, HireNet for TCC or the Career Development Website.

Faculty - Career guidance
Faculty and Staff are often questioned by students about choices of majors and/or career skills needed by employers and how to make connections with organizations to gain experience and to obtain future employment.  Counselors and the Student Employment Services Office work closely with each student individually to help him/her understand these issues and make the best decisions.  Please feel free to refer a student or alumni to our offices for assistance.  For more information on how you can directly assist students, please visit our Faculty and Staff Career Guidance page.

employers - seeking job candidates
For Employers seeking qualified employees, TCC provides a free job posting service.  These jobs are posted and accessible on-line.  Referral information about these listings is provided to qualified job seekers who have registered with the office.  The office also coordinates on campus recruitment opportunities and annual job fairs. For more information, please visit our Student Employment Services Office.
