Spring 2015 White House Internship Program
The White House Internship Program provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and build leadership skills. This hands-on program is designed to mentor and cultivate today’s young leaders, strengthen their understanding of the Executive Office of the President and engage them in public service opportunities. Internship timeline is January 13, 2015 to May 1, 2014. To apply, you must complete and application package that includes: two essays, each answer should be between 300-500 words in length; current resume, your resume should not exceed one page; two letters of recommendation. The Virginia Space Grant Consortium (VSGC) and its partners in collaboration with Virginia’s colleges and community colleges are offering the Commonwealth STEM Industry Internship Program (CSIIP). CSIIP is a free resource for finding paid spring, summer, and fall internships. CSIIP provides an online system where undergraduate students majoring in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) disciplines at Virginia universities, colleges and community colleges complete a single application package that will be reviewed by companies throughout Virginia. There is no cost to students, universities, or companies to participate.
Students may apply statewide or by region and cal also express interest in specific internships posted by companies. apply now for maximum consideration by companies throughout Virginia. application is through the CSIIP website at www.csiip.org.
