The Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida and The Disneyland Resort® in California, will be recruiting students to participate in the following program sessions for the Disney College Program:
- 2010 Spring - approximately January through mid to late May
- 2010 Spring Advantage - approximately January/February through August
- 2010 Spring Advantage Quarter - approximately March/April through August (only available to students attending schools on the Quarter/Trimester Academic Calendar)
- Culinary - ongoing school demonstrations and interviews that will coincide with students' externship time frames.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants must be currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a college or university within the United States and have completed at least one semester.
- Participants must meet their school's requirements for participation (G.P.A., grade level, credit hours earned, etc.). This varies by school, so please check with a faculty member to see if you are eligible to participate in the program.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old by the time the program begins.
- Participants must also have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
If you are interested in participating in the 2010 Disney College Program you must:
Your presentation "Completion Code" is 2ECE35 - you will need the completion code in order to complete the application process.

STEP 2: Select which program location you are interested in:
- The Disneyland Resort® in California
- The Walt Disney World Resort® in Florida
STEP 3: Click "Apply Now" and complete the on-line application and role checklist.
STEP 4: Enter the presentation code listed above.
STEP 5: Complete the web-based interview for the Disney College Program. After completion of your web-based interview, you will be given further instructions on the application process.

EARNING COLLEGE CREDITS:
There are other options that will allow students to earn college credits while participating in the Disney College Program. Tidewater Community College offer Disney College Program students the opportunity to register for Cooperative Education credits. Students participating with the program should discuss any courses and/or transfer credits that they plan to take with a Counselor or their Cooperative Education Faculty Member.
Note: If you are on your parent's insurance, some companies may require that you be a full-time student (12 credits) while participating in the Disney College Program.

After accepting the offer of employment, you must make an appointment to speak with Mrs. Ives Clark, Coordinator/Co-op Faculty Member, to discuss the details about participating in the Disney College Program and about registering for Cooperative Education credits.
