REQUIREMENTS:
- Participants must be currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a college or university within the United States and have completed at least one semester.
- Participants must meet their school's requirements for participation (G.P.A., grade level, credit hours earned, etc.). This varies by school, so please check with a faculty member to see if you are eligible to participate in the program.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old by the time the program begins.
- Participants must also have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. View the E-Presentation On-Line
- Presentation Completion Code
A presentation completion code is necessary to complete your Web-based interview. Immediately following the campus presentation, attendees will be provided a presentation completion code. Those that take the E-Presentation will have their code displayed on their screen at the end of the E-Presentation.
2. Complete the Online Role Checklist and Application
- You must complete these steps online prior to continuing to the Web-based interview.
- The application and role checklist are available here.
- Only those applying for a Culinary or Baking/Pastry role must bring copies of the application and role checklist to their presentation. Students applying for all other roles do not need to bring these materials and they will not be collected.
3. Complete the Web-based Interview
- You will need to input the presentation completion code given to you at the end of the campus presentation or E-Presentation to access the Web-based interview.
- Based on your Web-based interview results, you may be invited to complete a telephone interview.

4. Notification
- Notification of Web-based interview results will be provided immediately upon the conclusion of the Web-based interview.
- Those who are invited to complete telephone interviews will receive their results approximately four or six weeks after the telephone interview is completed. This may be notification of a final decision or notification that additional time is needed before a final decision can be made. Additional information on the notification process is available here.
- Please note: Students interested in Culinary or Baking/Pastry positions may have a secondary telephone interview.
- Please be patient as your application is being considered for acceptance into the program.
- If more than six weeks pass since you interviewed and you have not received an update on your interview status, please send an e-mail to wdw.college.recruiting@disney.com with your full name, school where you attended the presentation and complete mailing address.

EARNING COLLEGE CREDITS:
There are other options that will allow students to earn college credits while participating in the Disney College Program. Tidewater Community College offer Disney College Program students the opportunity to register for Cooperative Education credits. Students participating with the program should discuss any courses and/or transfer credits that they plan to take with a Counselor or their Cooperative Education Faculty Member.
Note: If you are on your parent's insurance, some companies may require that you be a full-time student (12 credits) while participating in the Disney College Program.
