Employment Services Office
To Prospective Employers:
The Student Employment Services Office at Tidewater Community College (TCC) offers a free job posting service to assist employers with their job search.
If you would like to advertise your job opportunity with the office, please complete the “Job Summary Form” and email the information to Babi Brock. You may also fax the information to (757) 822-7232. We will post and advertise your job vacancy for you. If you would like to review your job opportunity after it has been posted, visit TCC/HireNet. Click on “Search the “TCC Job Bank” at the home page. At the next page, all of the position titles are listed in alphabetical order. Scroll down the list until you find your position title and click on it to see the complete description. Note: The Counseling Offices at the other TCC campuses have access to this information.
If you have filled or would like to re-advertise your job opportunity, please contact the office. If you hire a student from TCC, please let us know because we maintain a record of students hired through our office referrals.
The Student Employment Services Office coordinates “Employer Information Sessions, Employer On-Campus Recruitment Sessions, and an Annual Job Fair” if you are interested in interviewing and recruiting potential candidates.
