EARLY ALERT PROGRAM

Mission Statement:                                

Tidewater Community College is committed to implementing learning support services that contribute to the educational and personal growth of its students.  The Early Alert Program consists of student-centered, intervention activities that focus on students who may be experiencing academic and/or personal difficulties. The success of the Early Alert Program is rooted in the implementation of college and campus-wide collaboration and the commitment of faculty to be proactive, supportive, and involved in facilitating the academic components of student retention.
