• Provides part-time jobs for students in need of financial assistance in order to attend college.
• Employment may be on-or-off campus in community service organizations.
• Hourly wages must comply with minimum wage laws.
• Students are paid every two weeks.
• Maximum number of working hours while school is in session is twenty hours per week; average is ten to twenty hours per week.
