Students must pick up their temporary base pass from the Oceana Pass Office during regular business hours (Monday through Friday). Students will be required to show their driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance to obtain their temporary base pass. The NAS Oceana Base Pass Office is located just off the main entrance to the base on Oceana Blvd. Call 433-2816 to verify customer service hours.

Students who register for classes after the term start date (or after the class roster has been sent) must contact the TCC Base Representative to obtain a letter of enrollment.
